(More customer reviews)First off, the "slots" are way too big for toast, and there's only one. It left my bread dry and warm, but nowhere near toasted. Also, I have been unable to find the "Automatic Toast Boost" function or the crumb tray. The biggest down-side is that I can't use it as a crock pot and a toaster at the same time without my bread just getting all soggy and contaminated by whatever I'm trying to slow-cook. This crock pot has failed to entertain me at all, so I'm not sure why it's called the "entertainer." Maybe if it played some Scott Joplin... Still, deservers the 2 stars.
