(More customer reviews)I bought a set of these to use for mise-en-place, to hold small amounts of herbs & spices when prepping for cooking. They turned out to be such a great deal I'm going to order a 2nd set. Each one holds exactly 2 tablespoons, they're made of very nice porcelain, and because of the lipped edge they stack very tidily. (And I suppose if you were a fancy cook, you could use them to create tiny individual souffles to accompany desserts or meat dishes.)
