(More customer reviews)I ordered this item trusting that it would be that beautiful dark "delicious apple" red that is shown in the picture. Imagine the frustration of discovering that it's a really beautiful, heavy piece of crockery, but it's bright fire engine red. Absolutely would not be any way for me to use it in my kitchen unless I painted it or covered it somehow. I know that colors are sometimes tricky online but this picture was totally deceiving. If fire engine red works for you, go for it - I think it's a great value - I'm just sorry I wasted my time and money...
